Best to be Sure
Was your septic system determined to be unsatisfactory? Get a second opinion inspection by a company of your choice. By choosing us, we present an objective evaluation of your septic system with no conflict of interest. Assure yourself that your septic system was inspected correctly.
Please note: If a company does determine the absorption area component of your septic system to be unsatisfactory, do not allow them to pump the septic tank. This enables the second opinion inspection to occur under the same conditions as the initial inspection.
Experience You Can Trust

How it works
Our inspection is an objective evaluation of the “functionality” of the septic system. (is it operating the way it should be?). Additionally, we locate and observe major components of the septic system – septic tank, conveyance system, and absorption area. We then use NJDEP standards (N.J.A.C. 7:9A) to draw conclusions.
Once the inspection is complete we walk our clients through our inspection process, teach them about how their septic system works, and show our findings. Furthermore, we issue a detailed final report within 48 business hours (sooner if needed). Our report includes a detailed explanation of our findings, and a site sketch with measurements of the septic system.
We do not do repair work on septic systems so you do not have to concern yourself with the motive for us to find problems that don’t exist. You can view the NJDEP standards here.
