Our inspection is an objective evaluation of the “functionality” of the septic system at the time of inspection. (is it operating the way it should be?) conducted by a PSMA certified inspector, licensed to inspect septic New Jersey septic systems. Additionally, we locate and observe major components of the septic system – septic tank, conveyance system, and absorption area. We then use NJDEP standards (N.J.A.C. 7:9A) to draw conclusions. Once the inspection is complete we walk our clients through our inspection process, teach them about how their septic system works, and show our findings. Furthermore, we issue a detailed final report within
24 business hours. Our report includes a detailed explanation of our findings, and a site sketch with measurements of the septic system.
