Why do I Need a Septic Inspection?

No conflict of interest! We only inspect. We do not make repairs, sell upgrades or do installs!

The Inspection

How it works

We do not perform repairs on or install new septic systems. We only Inspect them. Why does that make us different from other Septic Inspection Companies? Simple. No conflict of interest! You do not have to concern yourself with the motive for us to find problems that don’t exist. And the best part is, the septic is inspected at the same time as the home inspection. Truly a Turnkey experience which saves you and your Realtor valuable time by not having to run back to the property at another time/day to have the septic inspected.

Our inspection is an objective evaluation of the “functionality” of the septic system at the time of inspection. (is it operating the way it should be?) conducted by a PSMA certified inspector, licensed to inspect septic New Jersey septic systems. Additionally, we locate and observe major components of the septic system – septic tank, conveyance system, and absorption area. We then use NJDEP standards (N.J.A.C. 7:9A) to draw conclusions. Once the inspection is complete we walk our clients through our inspection process, teach them about how their septic system works, and show our findings. Furthermore, we issue a detailed final report within
24 business hours. Our report includes a detailed explanation of our findings, and a site sketch with measurements of the septic system.

Weather you need a septic inspection in Warren County, a septic inspection with a pump out in Hunterdon County and/or a hydraulic load test in Morris County, Turnkey Inspection Services is there for YOU!

You can view the NJDEP standards here.

Pre-Sale Inspection

Avoid Potential Delays

Get your septic system inspected prior to putting your home on the market. Problems with a septic system can delay or even inhibit the closing of your home. Learn about the condition of your septic system today and make your home sale process as smooth as possible.

Second Opinion

Best to be Sure

Was your septic system determined to be unsatisfactory? Get a second opinion inspection by a company of your choice. By choosing us, we present an objective evaluation of your septic system with no conflict of interest. Assure yourself that your septic system was inspected correctly.

Please note: If a company does determine the absorption area component of your septic system to be unsatisfactory, do not allow them to pump the septic tank. This enables the second opinion inspection to occur under the same conditions as the initial inspection.
